The relaxed atmosphere of the Kalahari combined with a successful venue provides the ideal environment for corporate decision-making!

The conference facilities are put together by three venues.

The first venue will easily seat up to 120 guests, great for that large conference,  a selection of menus will give the guest a variety of food and drink from canopies to buffets.

The second venue will seat up to 40 guests, great as a medium conference facility.

The third venue will easily seat up to 8 guests, great for that small  intimate conference, meeting,  brainstorming and interview room.  A selection of the menu will give the guest a variety of food and drink from canopies to buffets.

All conference venues are equipped with:

• Flip charts and colour pens
• Overhead projector
• Fixed screen
• Ice water
• Assorted sweets and mints

A photocopier, e-mail and facsimile services are available at reception.
